A PATH OF JOY

Nehemiah 8:10: The JOY of the Lord is my STRENGTH

God desires to supply us with overwhelming joy. We can find in the scriptures that the joy of the Lord is our strength. In our own minds it’s hard to fathom such words, but when we continue to seek God and understand who He is and how He operates it becomes clear. It is the Word of the Lord that is joy and we find our strength and have our being in his Word. When we read, memorize and study his Word we are in his presence. In John 1:1, it clearly says, in the beginning was the Word, and Word was with God, and the Word was God. As we travel down this path of joy or continue in the Word of God -it is in H

JOY – a feeling of great pleasure and happiness. To delight, a time of jubilation, rejoicing, glee and bliss.
